You’re working round the clock to keep your guests happy so you get limited time to look after yourself. If you manage to get time to exercise, you don’t even know where to begin. so by the time you decide to even do some push ups and squats, you have to go make breakfast, give the boat a clean, get paddleboards out or watch a guest not drift away.

What equipment do I need?

You will be able to work out without the need for any equipment. Our yachtie plan is designed so you can train on the go, on land in a marina, on deck, the flybridge or even the cockpit.

Some of the workouts can be made harder with the aid of a training band, some small dumbbells or a mat for the floor-based exercises. Your program will indicate when you have the option to scale up to use equipment or stay on body weight only.

For the personalised plans, we will work with you to learn what equipment you have and you’d like to use, and build the program accordingly.

How does payment work?

Do I get any coaching?

Our yachtie program is designed to train solo or with your crew mates, following set guidelines and a plan. We have included an extensive list of movements with their descriptions for your guidance and reference. No coaching is provided.

For our personalised programs, we will do a 1-1 check in regularly to monitor your progress and advance your program as needed.

How long are the training plans?

There is a 12-week yachtie plan available so you can start training today!

The personalised plans will begin at 8 weeks, and we will build and advance them on a monthly basis, in line with your progress and needs.
